Happy Monday Everyone! I am excited to announce the launch of Alfies Birthday Card Appeal.... On the 25th May 2018 Alfie will hit a milestone birthday and turn 16 years old. Alfie is such an amazing young man who never complains at all the things he has been through that we thought it would be really lovely if we gave all his supporters and followers the opportunity to send him a birthday card or a letter. You all mean so much to us and Alfie that it would be lovely to hear from you and we know Alfie would be over the moon.
