The whole “30 day rule” is insanity lurking in our “justice” system. For those who don’t know that rule says anyone who BREAKS into YOUR home  and stays for 30 days or more CAN TAKE YOUR PROPERTY. And you know the crazy thing? Squatters rights is practiced in ALL states of America. That home you’ve lived in all your life? It can be taken away anytime. Your apartment? Same thing, there is no truly justifiable humane reason to keep squatters rights alive. Like a rat squatters rights must go. The petitions main goal is to make it a presidential bill to ban squatters rights in there entirety and if you or someone you know is being harassed by a squatter, please pray for them and tell them about this petition that can save lives.
