Our son Kyran day passed away aged 6 months his death was preventable. We don't want this to happen to any other child or family. We were in a situation where no one was listening to us when we were saying"something is seriously wrong". We want a consumer/family escalation process put in place so that if your concerned about the treatment or staff there is a process you can do that can help you get the rights answers.
