We need to empower our doctors and providers to document our care quickly and easily.  Though the intention of ICD-10 is noble, it can wreak havoc on our most vulnerable providers.  Our entire system of documentation needs to be revamped and SNOMED CT is slowly becoming the solution.  This proposal accelerates this process.
