The school bus was abruptly terminated in June 2020 leaving at least 35 pupils struggling to get in and back on a daily basis. This is only going to get worse now parents are no longer working from home and the local bus 18 (which only serves some of the children) is due to be terminated. 

A school bus service was one reason why many parents considered it a possibility to send children to Wellsway from Longwell Green and Bitton. There’s surely a duty of care to these children and a long phasing out period called for if it has to be stopped?
