ConstantineDTW is a humble person, a great fiance, an even greater father, and one of the sweetest people you could possibly meet in the Wild West of the internet. 

Over the last four years he'd cultivated an amazing community full of amazing people that he's interacted with on stream, always bringing comfort and smiles to those who know him. Despite the trials he was dealing with in real life, streaming was his lifeblood that helped him get through. It especially got him through the isolating days of lockdowns and quarantines of the 2020 pandemic.

On Monday, August 5th, at around 1pm EDT, he realized he wasn't able to log into his Twitch account. Twitch had indefinitely suspended him, no warning, no email, no reason. This has severely impacted his mental health and also to an extent his physical health as well since he hasn't been able to eat much since.

We ask Twitch respectfully to please review his appeal and reverse an unjust ban. ConstantineDTW has always stuck to the rules and the conduct of Twitch, and there was absolutely no indication he'd broken any of them. He spent those four years building an amazing community, and to have it all taken from him without so much as an email is both ridiculous and quite frankly, traumatizing for someone who deals with anxiety. He also has an ADA recognized disability and Twitch has helped him deal with that. 

We believe that Twitch has mistakenly identified Constantine's account as a bot, and we urge Twitch to expediently address and correct this grievous error. Constantine's mental health is suffering for this ban, and it needs to be fixed immediately.
