I am starting a petition against a severely illegal FBI raid that happened to my family when we lived on Aaron court in Sarasota 34232, January 22 2019 5:59-8:54 am to have the majority of close to of people showing up prosecuted and my charges dropped. There was many, many laws broken during the raid including over 12 people they said is illegal to search our home, over 15 making it called a kind of police brutality, over 21 excessive force, over 40 people breaking property laws and at this point they counted over 45 people. Improper search warrants, no search warrants, old subpoenas, no subpoenas, old court ordinances, no court ordinances, harassing a minor (many police cussing at my then 13 year old sister even making remarks they'd cut her hands off or kill her if she was the one sending fake bomb threats emails and it wasn't it was my accusations, meaning to me only), helicopters showing up, reactions to the fake emails over one week of receiving them as if they are still active, and many were sent 2-4 years prior to this large illegal raid. They did not confenscate our router being told "set it back" by three or more other FBI teams saying it's improper search and seizures to take all our devices first then the router last that it's needed first and because of the invalid search warrants also that they could not charge me of an internet crime without physically having the router as the main physical evidence. They were told not to pick me up to arrest me and that IF they could they would have given me a court date and house arrest BY KAW the day of the raid. 9.5 months later very few of these FBI picked me up anyways and popped me on house arrest and pretrial for 1.45 years I got five years of probation 500 hours of community service and a felony. They forced us to get lawyers during the raid multiple other authorities told them they could not legally do so. I knocked out 510.5 hours of community service busting my ass over a plea agreement for one fake email, and about a year ish later I went back to our old neighborhood we lived during the raid, Aaron court, pounded on one of the many neighbors doors that was my our mailboxes and this specific one even let enter our living room to grill me for schools being evacuated (as far as I know he's not a cop he wore a white t shirt and gym pants) so I went pounded on his door one night broke a lamp my probation officers then made me take haldol I told them NO 4-6 times. Finally one said if I didn't I'd go to jail so I did. The second day my jaw started acting like a weed Wacker I said dad take me to the ER. I waited 3.5 hours in the waiting and the nurse took my BP it was fucking 155/133 and she said yep it's the haldol, it's called dystonia its not usually lethal but can be. Yours is one of the worst cases I've seen in eight years being a nurse here. The rest of that week my BP was skyrocketing I even fully cut out coffee most days to be safe, 166/106, 165/114, 176/99. The night it was 176/99 my dad called an ambulance they said well technically we can't SAY you HAVE to go to the ER unless it's 180+, which CAN become lethal, but since you live so close you can drive there if you want to. I told my dad if fn course and my probation officer one of them, she's on the phone with him instructing me not to go to the ER that I have a court hearing the next morning I still went. I got sent to Port Charlotte county jail the next day by judge Mizell at fort Myers court for 36 days then to a mental health facility for 14 months and 21 days by judge Thomas p Barber at the fort Myers court. They did not even pay my hospital bills my father was forced to pay in the ER from this. I demand they drop my charges NOW and this time I'm fighting legally without breaking beighbors property but a petition. They also had numerous video footage taken at the raid 24 filmers I counted over the raid period well near the end Chris Tissolout the FBI that had to just get me, he was handed three recorders by other police and FBI, and the other just left. He was handed by six police officers subpoenas and plea agreements to give me and people were saying to him "that is illegal information trading he has to have the subpoenas himself as that FBI as the one that had the judge sign them".
