I am writing to express my profound disappointment, frustration, and concern regarding the inability of both Jonas E. Salk Middle School and the Levittown Public School District to resolve an ongoing antisemitic, bullying and harassment issue regarding my minor age daughter. 

Since the initial catalyst date of 10/24/2023, my daughter has been continuously targeted, teased, taunted, intimidated and placed in a multitude of distressing situations. It is deeply troubling when a place of education adds anguish by undermining the severity of the incidents and that staff feels comments that are insensitive and lack empathy are appropriate. It further seems that the staff and administration choose only to intimidate and silence those who speak out against injustices. 

Most recently my daughter completed DASA reports #5 and #6 as DASA explicitly mandates the reporting of all incidents. Please note that reports for all incidents remain unresolved. It seems to be a struggle for the staff to determine if disciplinary action is appropriate or warranted. The Levittown School District has a Code of Conduct and federal civil rights laws to uphold!
