The third petition asks Hasbro to make a new "Marvel Legends: Retro" toyline for "The Incredible Hulk" in 2026 on the old Toy Biz box packaging, to celebrate the 30th anniversary year of the 1996 "The Incredible Hulk" animated series that aired on the U.P.N. network. The eleventh petition is an all-new petition that asks Hasbro to make a "Marvel Legends: Spider-Man" figure of Spider-Man, with a new alternate civilian head of Peter Parker based on the likeness of stuntman and actor Scott Leva. Scott Leva portrayed Spider-Man on the cover of "The Amazing Spider-Man" comic book, vol. 1, #262, was Spider-Man for Marvel's promotional events, and was Spider-Man in the blooper for the 2000 'X-Men' film.
