We the residents of SRS Royal Hills, Sector 87, Faridabad have been staying since 2014 but still not able to get our conveyance deed executed due to default made by our builder SRS Real Estate Limited.

We had filed a case in NCRDC for speedy justice as consumers and honest tax payers but got only disappointment as NCRDC gave us a date of March, 2020.

We have heard the other creditors of SRS Real Estate Limited are pursuing case in NCLT to recover their dues.And due to such laws, we as homebuyers are stuck and somewhere these creditor are pressurizing vulnerable homebuyers to pay the amount defaulted by builder named SRS Real Estate Limited.

Please help the residents of SRS Royal Hills obtain timely justice and have conveyance deed registered in their favours who are being exploited by bankers lobby and being penalized for the crimes of builder.
