ON the 30th May at the NYC Executive MEETING...there was meant to be a DEBATE about this PETITION as it HAS over 500 SIGNATURES

INSTEAD this  was  MOCKED AND LAUGHED about....NO DEBATE!!

LETS HOPE AT TOMMORIWS COUNCIL MEETING THEY DO NOT DO THE SAME!!
