Shocking performance YESTERDAY at NYCC meeting...very disappointed!!

Hello � .NO PUBLIC MEETING AND they AGREE ON PLANS TO BE PASSED???? 

NYCC PASS PLANS - NO PUBLIC MEETING WITH RESIDENTS

The ACC Council meeting on the 5th May passed the Gateway Plans to the Executive only on CERTAIN CONDITIONS.that there had to be meetings with the Granville RD AREA residents as well as the Commercial Businesses.

 Cllr Pat Marsh (head of the ACC) AGREED...that.this NEEDED TO HAPPEN BEFORE any PLANS by NYC can be PASSED!

This did not happen AT ALL, YESTERDAY, OR ANY OTHER DAY THERE HAS ALSO BEEN NO PUBLIC MEETING...?!!??WHY NOT?

Cllr. Pat Marsh- supported us and put up some RESISTANCE TO NYC YESTERDAY. unfortunately NOBODY ELSE did.

To my knowledge...this is not LEGAL TO PASS PLANS WITHOUT CONDITIONS BEEN MET.

 Further AVENUES OF ENQUIRIES are Currently BEEN LOOKED into by several groups. Anybody reading this...please take NOTE...
