We are respecting the wishes of the principal by allowing change.org to remove his personal name. LFO was appointed as an additional Executive Principal at Harris Academy Tottenham in September 2020. In the first month of his leadership he permanently excluded 3 black students in Year 11. introduced a zero tolerance behaviour policy that disproportionately affects BAME and SEN students. He has now commenced a restructuring of the school staff and is bullying staff into accepting redundancy. LFO is not acting in the best interests of the school or the local community. We the undersigned call for his immediate resignation and rescinding of the restructuring proposal.
