In many regions, the Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care (CWELCC) program has provided significant relief to parents, granting access to affordable and high-quality early learning and childcare. However, our region remains excluded from this essential service. This exclusion places an unjust burden on families who are struggling to find affordable childcare options.
