There are over thousands of people who have paid for their dream houses but could not get one. The real estate builders like Jaypee have duped crores of rupees and roaming scot free in lavish style. 

Can we expect some legal actions against these builders who are powerful and rich but played with the life’s of thousand of poor. There has been clear instances that they have played havoc and complicated the situations that even the decisions by the HC and SC are lingering on for years. Kindly punish these unscrupulous builder and bring justice to the common man of this country.

If the top most people from Ministry of housing and Urban Affairs push the case like Jaypee then the poor people who are walking on the double edged sword can get some relief from the banks EMI and rentals. Kindly create an environment to enable NBCC to immediately start the work with the time bound delivery of houses. 

Kindly stop these unending cases and petitions which is nothing but making poor more poorer and rich lawyers more richer.
