Tonight, the Harahan City Council approved the Amended Colonial Development Agreement with the following addition, due to our efforts: "The Owner shall, at no cost to the City, construct a primary access road with ingress and egress situated on Jefferson Highway to service the interior subdivision lots. Said road shall become permanent and used beginning at the infrastructure construction phase. There shall also be a singular, secondary access located on Club Drive or Colonial Club Drive as determined and allowed by an updated Traffic Impact Analysis at Owner’s cost. Owner shall require all construction vehicles to use the Jefferson Highway access road. Enforcement, however, shall be against individual violators."
