No More Critical incident team in Pueblo Colorado

We are sad, tired, and angry of all the police related killings in our City. Since 2013 there have been 36 incidents and 38 victims. Pueblo is a town of 100,000

Each and every one has been justified by Jeff Chostner the District Attorney. Whom has personal relationship's with some of the officer's.
What is alarming is how many officers specifically from the Pueblo Police department are repeat officer's in critical incidents.
Law Enforcement as a whole need to be investigated for their extreme use of force in Pueblo and how the critical incident team is failing the citizens of pueblo.
1. Former officers are part of a critical incident then become the lead detective on the CIT.
2.Friends are investigating friend's from the very second the CIT is called their mind is already made up. They ask leading questions and don't follow up with witnesses that don't follow their narrative.
2.Takes months to interview the police officers
3. They immediately label the officers as the victim's.
4. They immediately start the smear campaign on the victims.
5. They are allowing officer's to become serial killers.
Ben Candelaria was a PPD officer he was involved in three incidents a careless driving he was charged in but still stood a officer. A shooting in which he was justified then a rape of a victim he went to take a statement on. He was finally fired after the rape.
Brandon Victor
2019- 1 dead after he was shot by victor.
2020- March 20, and May 15 - three people shot one dead
That's three incidents in less then a year two dead, one paralyzed and one shot four times all by Officer Victor and all were justified by DA Chostner.
Finally it is now known that Pueblo Law Enforcement think they are above the law and will lie and fabricate evidence to save their own.

Transparency from day one from PPD PCSO and the District Attorney. They ignore families and refuse to help us in any way.
Prosecute these killers. Jail them and let them know we will not tolerate this in our back yards period.

My son Jesse Cedillo was murdered by Pueblo County sheriff's deputy Jeff Alfonso on March 14,2020 he was twenty. He was caught tried and executed within seconds. What PCSO deputies And Pueblo Police department officers we're unaware of a neighbor had taped the shooting. The deputy shot 15 shots five hitting my son the other 10 hitting a house of an elderly lady who could have easily been killed. After ten PPD and PCSO let him die they never checked his vitals and by the paramedics own admission they didn't check him because he was riddled in bullets.
Jesse and every other victims "homicide" deserves to be investigated fairly and by a neutral and just agency.
