We, the residents of Morayfield QLD, delight in the sight of the local Koalas who rely on the trees on Caboolture River Road for shelter and sustenance. Unfortunately, these endearing animals are now in danger due to a potential development at 116-140 Caboolture River Road. This development plan threatens their constantly dwindling habitat.

Koalas are a significant part of Australia's native fauna, but their populations in Queensland have declined by approximately 80% in the past 20 years, primarily due to habitat destruction (source: Queensland Department of Environment and Science). If this planned development proceeds, it will continue to contribute to the loss of koala habitats, endangering their survival further.
