Hello Preservation Supporters,

This is a difficult update to share, but for those who don't know, on 8.8.2024, the historic Gresham Building at the Galloway School was demolished. 

A 10-month long campaign, which started with a few alumni on Facebook, grew with almost 3,000 petition signers, over 500 social media followers, numerous media stories, outreach from preservation groups and public outcry focused at city-wide public officials. Thank you to each and every one of you. 

We did all we could to fight for the adaptive reuse of this beautiful, historic and iconic building that spoke to countless hearts and was home to so many who passed through its doors.

Although the building itself is gone, the nurturing spirit and legacy it embodied shines on in our memory...
