Hello everyone!

 

Just a reminder that the Metropolitan Development Commission (MDC) hearing on the Franklin Township data center is next week!

When:   Wednesday 8/20/25 at 1PM

Where:  Buert SerVaas Public Assembly Room

City-County Building, 2nd Floor

200 East Washington Street

Indianapolis IN 46204

 

We don’t think this one will be continued (as the 7/16/25 hearing was), but there are no guarantees so please keep a close eye on your email as the meeting time/date approaches.  We need as many remonstrators as possible present at the meeting to show our opposition to this project.  This may or may not be our last chance to fight the data center (depending on what our City-County Councilor does).

 

If you are still on the fence about this project, please be aware that Google included the following language in the rezoning petition allowing them to change number and location of buildings on the site: 

 

Nothing contained in this C-S Statement or shown on the Concept Plan shall preclude or restrict the number or configuration of buildings and structures which may be located on the Subject Property, so long as the standards contained in this C-S Statement are met.
