The developer spearheading People’s Housing’s initiative to create the housing structure at St. John’s has updated their mission statement since the posting of this petition.  It now distinctly  contrasts the concerns outlined within this petition.  Do question the location of the proposed structure, the lack of proposing official property management, and why, despite opposition from the immediate radius community, they still plan on building it right next to a park.  This is not working with the community as stated in the mission statement.
