The heading has changed to reflect the true focus of this petition- transparency and community involvement.  The construction of this building may very well be inevitable under California Senate Bill 4.  Safety of the community as well as the safety of its tenants are the focus.  If this building cannot be monitored and managed appropriately, then should it really come to fruition? If they cannot vet their tenants in a way that protects the community as well as it’s tenants, should it be built?  Does this congregation have the knowledge and experience to manage this cause?  These are some key questions that need to be asked tomorrow.
