As a resident of the affected area, I am strongly opposed to Ealing Council's proposal to introduce a Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ) in Greenford South and Greenford Town Centre. The decision is not only unnecessary but also threatens to cause significant harm to our community.

Our community already experiences the financial pressures of modern life, from high living costs to escalating bills; this proposal stands to exacerbate these burdens. Not only would I personally be impacted, but my family and any visitors to my property would also face undue financial hardship to pay for parking for our three vehicles - vehicles for which we faithfully pay car tax.

This plan could potentially affect thousands of households in Greenford South and Greenford Town Centre, forcing families who may already be struggling financially to incur further expenses – an unjust situation. Furthermore, no clear benefits to the community have been outlined by the council to justify such a measure.
