Dear Supporters,

Thank you for your incredible ongoing support. The next step in our campaign is to submit our complete, evidence-based case file to the Local Government Ombudsman to seek a formal finding of maladministration against the council.

We have uncovered multiple, serious procedural failures, including a false statement in the developer's applicationregarding consultation with the Menphys Nursery.

To make our case as powerful as possible, we are making one final call for evidence from you, the affected community.

We need your help with two specific things:

Photographs: Please send any photographs you have that show the impact of the mast. "Before and after" shots are particularly powerful, as are any pictures that show the mast's visual impact from your home (e.g., from a window or garden).

Your experience of the consultation: We need to prove the council's consultation was inadequate. Please, could you take a moment to send a brief statement confirming:

Your name and address.
Whether you received any letter or communication from the council notifying you of the application before the mast was built.
This information is vital for proving to the Ombudsman that the flawed process has caused a real and significant injustice to our community.
