Hello All

The petition has now met the goal of having 300 signatures. Thank you so much to all of you who have signed.

The petition will now close so that it can be delivered to Great Western Railway. I e-mailed Mark Hopwood, their Managing Director and their Accessibility Manager on Tuesday evening requesting a date to hand deliver the Petition or asking them to explain what other methods of delivery they will accept. I will try to send another update when I have a response to this request and also their response to the Petition.

If Great Western Railway do not respond to my e-mail by Friday 12th December the petition will re-open as I will deem this as them not showing willingness to engage or listen.

Unfortunately I am pessimistic that things will change with regards to the situation with staffing at Yeovil Pen Mill station - it appears that GWR have shown hardly any commitment to change things so far. I live in hope.
