Sonic the Hedgehog was captured by the military, and sentenced to imprisonment in a prison and research base located on a remote jungle island known as "Prison Island". G.U.N. claims that he is the one that has stolen a Chaos Emerald. He was not given a proper trial-by-jury, nor was he treated with the same basic human rights that are listed within our country's Constitution.
