The Silver Voices Petition calling for a Budget to protect older people will be handed in to 10 Downing Street on Monday. This  calls for a winter fuel payment to be restored, for commitments to be given that the bus pass and free prescriptions in England will not be touched and that the basic state pension should be improved.
