The fate of the Triple Lock is still uncertain with the Chancellor probably announcing the decision in his Autumn Statement on 22 November. To keep the pressure up, Silver Voices is supporting the petition put up by an individual on the official Government website, which calls for the Triple Lock increase to be implemented in full. It is important to get as many signatures as possible behind this, as if there is an attempt to water down the increase, we will want to encourage parliamentary opposition and even try to force a parliamentary debate.
