Raise Grub Hub Drivers' Minimum Hourly Pay

Raise Grub Hub Drivers' Minimum Hourly Pay
The Issue
Please raise the "GH Contribution" --the minimum hourly pay-- for Grub Hub drivers to minimum wage in their state +20% to offset the cost of gas, car maintenance and repairs, depreciation, insurance, parking fees, traffic tickets, and other business expenses such as buying a new car after their old car gets worn out from driving so much for the job.
As it is now, it's not even minimum wage, and driver's are losing a huge percentage of that on business expenses.
Let drivers qualify for this during all time worked, whether on a scheduled block or "floating" off schedule. The markets are so saturated that it is nearly impossible to get on the schedule even as a Premiere level driver, so many drivers have no choice but to work without being on a scheduled block, and receive low paying offers, or none.
What can be done to improve this situation so that all drivers get a fair opportunity to get on the schedule and make a living wage?
Please stop exploiting your drivers. It's not fair to them. They suffer and lose time and money for you. They deserve better. The standard tax deduction doesn't cover the expenses. Deductions can't be itemized unless they're $12,000 or more, which is not likely in most cases.
Thank you.
