Petition for removal of AK Rao , Pashuchikitsadhikari of Nagar Nigam Lucknow for the brutality practiced by him against helpless dogs and cattle- REMOVE RAO

We in Lucknow have been trying and trying to end cruelty and brutality by A K Rao Pashuchikitsadhkari of Lucknow Nagar Nigam but he continues to do so inspite of all the letters we have written to Nagar Ayukt, Mandalayukt etc. The dogs are brutally picked up for no fault of theirs, bleeding profusely and with their paws chopped off(pictures later in this petition), and in violation of the PCA Act , ABC Birth Control Rules,  sterilized dogs are picked up, lactating mothers and old diseased dogs are picked up, just about anybody declares any dog as ‘mad’ and the dog catching team is sent by Rao to pick up without once determining if any dog is rabid and thereafter any number of dogs are randomly picked up beating and breaking their legs. Cattle are picked up in the same manner.  

We have met and written and requested senior functionaries and nothing is being done. Please support for -

1-Immediate suspension of Rao

2-Enquiry should be set up to determine what chikitsa he has ever done as Pashuchikitsadhikari of Lucknow Nagar Nigam

3- Enquiry as to how he has publicly directed employees to rough up volunteers( statement given to media )

4- How much money has been spent on picking up dogs on the ground that they have rabies while no check up has been done to see if they had the disease so why was this money spent?

5- Removal of such an anti animal vet from Nagar Nigam
