Justice for Davyon Rose & Nick Sada!

The Issue

November 7th 2020 was a day that changed our lives forever. At 1:30 am While working construction in Ypsilanti Michigan , Davyon rose and nick sada were killed by a drunk driver by the name of Ryann mussleman. That night she was drunk driving & speeding and crashed through a construction sign traveling west on I-94 according to an eye witness. She also sped away from his vehicle which was struck by debris. She then left that scene (another felony) got on east bound I-94 speeding again according to another eyewitness then crashed through another construction zone killing both Davyon Rose & Nick Sada. She was released on a 10,000$ bond, Spending no time in jail for KILLING two people ; two sons , two brothers, two friends ... she got out on bond just in time to spend thanksgiving and Christmas with her family , while we were mourning the loss of these wonderful men. December 17th her bond got raised to 17,500 from the original 10,000 which she only had to pay the difference , and went home again on a alcohol monitoring device which she violated multiple times with no consequence  . Her initial charges were Operating while intoxicated causing death . The first time she was released from jail We had to beg for a higher bond We have all seen bonds far more  for lesser crimes ,like the magistrate said Ms. Musselman I am sympathetic to you and what your going through. I guess the victims get NO sympathy. Davyon rose just got out of the military serving his country , and Nick was a hard working man ,  these young men were not in the streets, they were working hard to have a better life and to show a good example to their younger siblings which they loved and adored. Judge Cedric Simpson of washtenaw county keeps letting Ryann mussleman walk free with no consequences! signs that say kill/injure a worker $7500 dollar fine + 15 years ;  now imagine breaking these rules DRUNK. These  signs mean absolutely nothing if not held up in court! We are asking people to sign this petition to create better laws to protect construction workers , to create stricter consequences for people who drive drunk , and more laws to hold the people accountable who kill someone while drinking and driving. 15 years should be the MINIMUM  , not the MAX ! When you are reading this , imagine if you were their parents ,siblings , family or friends, and these were your sons , wouldn’t you want the same justice ?
