I wanted to say 'thank you' to all who have signed the petition for Mr. Kuehn thus far. I was hopeful that this would receive more support from those who support our 2nd Amendment, at least in the form of helping promote the petition, but perhaps the change.org process is a deterrent to some. I have reached out to Mr. Kuehn via his email account, but have unfortunately not received a response. I was also hopeful that he would perhaps reply in some fashion. If anyone knows him or how to contact him, please pass this info along. Finally - it has come to my attention that the issue here MAY not be a matter of Wisconsin law. As this occurred at Menominee Indian High School, it may fall under the jurisdiction of the Menominee Indian Tribal law. Unfortunately, the tribal government has dictated that NO firearms be present on school grounds in any capacity. See the attached statute for more details. I will keep this petition going for now in hopes that it will gain further support, and will continue to try and monitor the case the best I can. Thanks for your support!
