Vaping Ban will destroy small businesses - Big Tobacco is the problem

The Issue

The war on vaping must end. The fake news media is misrepresenting the cause of recent illnesses and deaths that have occurred. This has created a domino effect that went all the way to President Trump.

If e-juice flavor banning is allowed to take place, then vape shops everywhere will start to close. As a vape shop owner, we must all be licensed and registered and follow strict FDA regulations and guidelines. No one under the age of 21 is allowed to enter or purchase any merchandise sold. This ban is not attacking the main issue. Phillip and Morris owns a large amount of stock in JUUL. Once again their brand name is associated with death and illness. And where is the outrage and investigation against those selling these contaminated JUUL pods?

As a small business owner I refuse to allow big tobacco to recklessly lay blame for their over-site over to their biggest threat - the vaping industry. I am fighting for the truth and heart of the matter. I am asking for my representatives and you, President Trump, to reconsider this egregious attack on the vaping community. Cigarettes have been killing people for far to long. Those of us in the vaping community have found a safer alternative and we will not stand for this injustice.

I implore you to research the issue at hand. I implore you to look at the strict FDA guidelines that I, and other store owners, strictly follow. Freedoms should not be so constrained that entrepreneurs must suffer when larger archaic companies feel threatened.

Help me reach the leaders in Texas and the United States. Either we stand together, or fail; unfairly wiped out by misinformation, smoke, and mirrors.
