The abuse of power by the US House of Representatives and US Senate has gone on too long.  Too many members of the US Congress and Senate have been corrupted by power and their longevity in those spots allows for lobbyist to line their pockets in exchange for legislation.  Neither house will vote on legislation that would essentially fire themselves.  Since each individual state has the power to choose who is on their ballots, we, as a state, need to take the necessary steps to ensure the abuse of power doesn't continue by limiting the terms of each house.

To solve this, the state must limit the number of times an incumbent can appear on the ballot.  There is no reason a house member should be in office 34+ years ( the record being 59 years) and those same members will not vote themselves out so the states must take that responsibility.
