Covid 19 has impacted the Citizens of Texas the hardest. However many Municipal Government Bodies have over spent for years! There will be massive budget shortfalls and deficits and those should not fall in the lap of Texas Property Owners. 

We have to protect Texas Property Tax Payers from Local Governments power to Hyper Inflate property values to offset the revenue loses by freezing appraised property values for 1 year at minimum.

With the 3.49% tax cap in place, Local Governments with be looking to balance their budgets on the back of the tax payers. This is no acceptable. Tie their hands now!
