The bill that is being proposed will be that medical providers including free standing emergency rooms and urgent care clinics will be mandated to wear photo identification badges with their names, department they are associated with, type of license held and professional status.  Failure to comply will result in fines.  This will ensure that patients and their caregivers know exactly who is treating them.  In Betty's case we had no idea of the credentials or names of the people in the urgent care.
