Acts of zoophilia as well as bestiality related pornography are legal in many states/territories/districts including Alabama, American Samoa, District of Columbia, Guam, Hawaii, Kentucky, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, Mariana Islands, Texas, Vermont, West Virginia, and Wyoming. Other states where the laws aren't as clear include Arkansas, Washington, Montana, Ohio and Virginia. Zoophilia is a cruel act because not only can animals not consent, most end up dead or seriously injured; especially generally small animals like cats and dogs.
