The Issue
Greatwall Gardens Athi River is a property development with over 4000 families residing here. There are approximately 10,000 residents living here.
KEMNET are the sole monopoly supplying residents with Fibre internet.
Service offered by KEMNET is terrible! Their customer service is horrendous! This is actually an understatement. It's inexcusable that we continue to suffer at the hands of this company, which does not have capacity to provide good reliable internet service. We have SUFFERED!
This petition is to compel management to allow other players to set up shop so that we can get quality service. In this era of working online, we do need good reliable internet.
