Since 1893 The Manchester Dogs Home has provided shelter and veterinary care and have re-homed over 1 million dogs. On average they care for 7,000 dogs every year. Tonight the whole of Manchester and the rest of the UK have been sickened and devastated when an evil arson attack left 43 of the defenceless dogs, just innocently waiting for their forever home, dead. Myself and the whole of the Manchester community demand that the offender be prosecuted to the highest degree possible. The crime that has been committed has devastated the community and effectively lead to the slaughter of many defenceless animals. We call for justice for these poor animals.
