We, the undersigned, respectfully call upon the government of the Russian Federation to grant the citizenship to USA citizen, Tofurius Maximus Crane. A military journalist who decided to leave his homeland and come to Russia to show the reality of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine. At the moment, he has about two months left before his visa expires, at which time he will be forced to leave Russian Federation. This will prevent him from pursuing his righteous path of honest military journalism.

Tofurius has left everything behind in the United States of America to go to Donbass and document the reality of the military conflict between Russia and Ukraine. Since the first day he has been honest and justified in each and every one of his reports, videos and posts on social media. His audience is far reaching geographically located all across the globe. He is very popular and highly supported in EU, USA, Canada, Asian countries, African countries, Australia. Therefore his content reaches the mass consciousness, this gives people a chance to take an insider view of what is going on in the zone of special military operation, in the everyday life of Russian cities and of what it is like to live here. His audience also includes those who were once citizens of Russia or USSR but moved to the other countries for one reason or another and have no other sources of truthful and honest content, since the mainstream media is corrupt and deceitful. 

Tofurius Maximus Crane has visited Donbass numerous times, going far and beyond to show the West what is really happening in the regions engulfed in flames of war. The very impact of him giving the real eye-witness of the Russian life is of great importance. He constantly refutes and rebukes all of the lies that the Western media spreads, giving real life examples and showcases everyday struggles, as well as joyful moments. He has also been injured in Donbass, making one of his reports. 

During his first trip to Russia, Tofurius has been baptized in Russian Orthodox Church and has been a devoted Christian, receiving an Orthodox name of Yaroslav.

Tofurius Maximus Crane is a loyal and honorable man, who considers Russia his second Motherland. Therefore we respectfully ask the Russian government to consider accelerated issuing of citizenship to Tofurius Maximus Crane, who is facing possible prosecution upon return to the United States of America. Only because he was brave enough to give up everything he had for the truth.
