Grant early release to Robert Chhin

The Issue

My husband Robert Chhin is currently incarcerated and Reason of why and what they gave him and what he got locked up for 2 Drive By Shooting and a Man lost his Life in one of the shooting he was hit with Conspiracy to 3rd degree Murder, Attempted Murder, Carrying Firearm without license and carrying Firearm without License in Public Streets of Philadelphia he took an Open plea and was sentence to 30 to 60 years his minimum is October 2039 and his Max is in 2069 he has used his time inside to transform his life. While serving his sentence, he has successfully completed numerous rehabilitation programs and even achieved his GED. Beyond his personal achievements, Robert has taken on a proactive role in mentoring fellow inmates and supporting inmates while in church, The guided them the right way, and sharing positivity and wisdom that has made a significant impact on the lives of those around him. Robert’s profound commitment to change is evident in his actions. He shows continuous remorse for his past mistakes and has made every effort to prepare for a productive life outside of prison. Supported by a family and friends who firmly believe in his potential for success, we have developed a comprehensive and stable reentry plan to ensure Robert’s smooth transition back into society. Robert misses his mother dearly, having huges her since he was young when he last saw her. He dreams of the chance to hug her again. Beyond reconnecting with his family, Robert is eager to start his own family before it’s too late for him and his wife He is determined to step into the world with positivity, ready to build a future and help others with his hard-earned wisdom and guidance. Mr. Robert Chhin has shown extraordinary growth and a big heart. His journey is a testament to the power of rehabilitation and the human capacity for change. Allowing him the opportunity for early release would not only reunite him with his family but also enable him to contribute positively to our community.
