Hello there. 

My name is Dan Robertson and I am a British independent professional wrestler who has recently challenged for the Non Stop Action Wrestling (NSAW) Northern Division Championship, currently (and wrongly) held by Supersonic Sammy Blue. Now while I respect my opponent’s in-ring ability and toughness, this does not excuse the blatant cheating on display during our match.

I was locked in a submission hold, known as a cross face, and the pain was too severe I had to succumb to the pain and tap out. I acknowledge that. What I do not acknowledge is Sammy Blue’s foot being under the rope during the hold, which under common knowledge means the hold must be broken within the referees’ 5 count. However, no count occurred, and thus the match was ruled as a Sammy win via submission rather than it continuing due to the rope break. This leads me to two conclusions:

1. The official for NSAW is as thick as cement and did not realise Sammy’s foot was underneath the bottom rope, therefore showing ignorance and cluelessness.
2. There was a deal made behind closed doors between Sammy, the referee and NSAW management to rob me of becoming champion due to Sammy’s close relationship with NSAW general manager Champ Rogers. 

I implore the British wrestling fans to stand with me and fight back against this ludicrous, horrible decision, and force this heinous company to grant me the rematch I am OWED.
