Blouberg Progressive Developmental Forum (BPDF) is a civic organization formed by individuals from various villages in Senwabarwana within the Blouberg Municipality in Limpopo Province. The residents of these villages need access to quality services to improve their lives and living conditions and actively participate in the local economy.

Blouberg Progressive Developmental Forum (BPDF) , Grondpad and Radio 178 blouberg FM's main objective is clear and straight to the point: we want our interlinked gravel roads D3278, D1589, D3287, D3275, D3297, D3292, D1598, D3330, D3474, D3440,D3270,D217 etc. to be tarred ASAP. In 2018 the Road Agency Limpopo (RAL) committed to tarring 22.7km of the 68km road and again in 2022 MEC of Public Works commited to tarring the road from Devrede to Eldorado to Ga-Dankie, to which the residents are still waiting. The forums tried in vain to engage with higher offices such as RAL, MEC for public works, Limpopo Provincial Legislature, The Public Protector, Mayor of blouberg etc. Blouberg communities now feel disrespected and disregarded or not taken seriously; hence we urge that all residents sign the petition as it is our last resort.
The development of the main road infrastructure (tarred road) will unlock the economic viability of our area, ensure quick and efficient transport services for both goods and people, access to services offered at health centers, emergency services, policing, schooling, stimulation of the local tourism, small businesses, and employment opportunities and stabilize social discontent and despondency among residents.
