Grant a Hearing for Extraordinary Motion for New Trial to Review New Evidence

The Issue

As an individual I am voicing the truth about my innocence and the need for a fair opportunity to present the overlooked evidence in my case. Unjustly penalized for the actions I did not commit, I plead to the just system of law and the people who believe in it, to pay heed to the validity of my plea.

This is a matter of not just my life, but a question to the credibility of the justice system we trust and uphold.  For anyone who values justice and believes in the right to unbiased judgment, this calls for your urgent attention.

Over the years, numerous cases have emerged where wrongfully convicted individuals were acquitted upon re-evaluation. The National Registry of Exonerations recorded at least 2,663 exoneration cases since 1989 in the US, demonstrating that miscarriages of justice can happen – and can be rectified.

With new evidence that entirely alters my case's scenario, I hope to join those figures and finally receive the freedom that has been eluded from me wrongfully. The entire premise of my trial, incarceration, and sentence revolves around a set-up, which the new evidence will convincingly unravel.

It's time we restore faith and integrity in our justice system, ensuring that every assumption of innocence is preserved until proven otherwise. I am not asking for blind faith but the opportunity to present evidence that was never previously considered.

This petition provides an opportunity for the public to join forces against a grave injustice. Please lend your support by signing this petition, and let the court know the massive volume of people who believe in the necessity of a hearing under the extraordinary motion for a new trial. Together, let us take a stand against wrongful convictions and contribute to an equitable and fair justice system.
