We are concerned parents who are advocating that the Department of Education, Forest Hills zoned elementary schools in District 28 and our local elected officials address the necessity for a Kindergarten placement system that can better adapt to the growing need for Kindergarten seats in our community without causing overcrowding in the future; and that can prioritize keeping Pre-K children inside schools they are already attending.
