Puppy mill: an establishment that breeds puppies for sale, typically on an intensive basis and in conditions regarded as inhumane.

Let’s band together and help end the needless suffering of dogs, cats, & other small animals in Utah. Puppy mills victimize pets & people for profit. They often disguise themselves as reputable breeders. But no reputable breeder would ever sell their pets through a pet store. I want to see an end to pet stores that prioritize profit over animal welfare in the ENTIRE state of Utah!
