North Bay Village (Dade County) Bans Plastic Bags!

The Town of North Bay Village became the newest Florida municipality to ban plastic bags. They join Coral Gables, Gainesville, Palm Beach, St. Augustine Beach, Surfside and Bal Harbour! 

The Florida Retail Federation, who lobbies for Publix, has been sending threatening letters to the cities saying they might be sued. Please encourage your elected officials to not back down and to stick with their decisions.
