Today Illinois-based Hecate Energy is hosting two open houses via Zoom at 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm. The Hecate Energy team will discuss the status of the proposed industrial-scale solar facility planned for Copake and Craryville, NY. Both meetings will cover the same topics.

Sensible Solar for Rural NY urges all those opposed to the now 360-acre solar development to join either one or both meetings to voice your opposition. As local land owners and long-time residents, this is an important opportunity to voice concerns over Hecate Energy's proposed solar facility which will change the landscape and character of our community for decades.
