The Uighur's Aren't Free, So Aren't We

The Uighur's Aren't Free, So Aren't We
The Issue
The most hated person is the person who speaks the truth. So after you read this, hate all you want and remember it's your choice to make the right decisions. I'm not forcing anything.
History is repeating itself, and it always will. This whole year we have been signing petitions, doing marches, and trying everything to solve the ridiculous problems around us. With the global pandemic upon us, this year was change. A step closer to making a better community, world, and life. But we aren't there yet, we haven't accomplished it all, and there's still justice to be served.
By signing this petition, we are the start of a whole movement, we are the start of newfound happiness, and we are the start of something big. Throughout history, different people were slaves, prisoners, and neglected all around every time. Now, it's the Uighurs. You have signed black lives matter petitions, women rights matter petitions, LGBTQ+ petitions, so why not this?
I'm not asking you to convert, I'm not saying this is a bigger problem than everything else, but I'm advising that everyone deserves rights; simple rights, human rights, and religious rights. You don't have to be Muslim to sign this, you don't have to be a certain gender, and you don't need to be a specific nationality. All you have to do is care.
This isn't a statistics essay, it's the bitter truth. We have done so much for change, we can't stop now. I know there's so much going on, but one signature does a lot. And, I know there are people out there, and this has happened to me, saying that a petition won't do anything. Maybe it won't, right away, but what else are you doing? By signing this petition, we will be sending, emailing, and talking to the government and anyone we can reach.
You aren't doing this for me, you are doing it for innocent lives going to waste by uneducated and heartless people who have no sense of normality. If we don't do anything about it, we are just as guilty as them.
-Those who deny freedom to others deserve it not for themselves.
(This might not be the most well written, but I didn't use complicated words or phrases so everyone could understand.)
