Stop people travelling to beaches from other counties

Stop people travelling to beaches from other counties
The Issue
We've had thousands of people flock to the southwest to enjoy our beaches during this lockdown. Potentially bringing the virus with them and risking locals who have been careful and sticking to social distancing and the rules laid out by our Government.
These tourists are bringing not only the risk of transmission but increased traffic risking our public services. Rubbish risking our environment. Barbeques and fires causing out of control fires that have been spreading, for example Wareham forest.
Whilst I appreciate people come here for the outstanding beauty and amazing beaches it is not appropriate and we do not want the tourists right now.
Please sign this petition and help keep Dorset and coastal areas safe.
